General use
Arpamyl is Ca2+-channel blockers, which relaxes (widens) the veins and arteries, which makes it easier for the heart to pump and, thus, Arpamyl reduces its work. Calcium triggers the reduction of smooth muscle, and when his entrance into the smooth muscle cells, that leads to relaxation of the arterial muscles, improve the delivery of oxygen in the tissues of the myocardium, reducing the total peripheral resistance, systemic blood pressure, and exile. Arpamyl also decrease in conduction of electrical impulses through the heart, the management coordination reduction, this slows down the rate of decline. Arpamyl is used for the treatment of arterial hypertension for treatment of angina, control of certain types of irregular heartbeat.

Dosage and direction
To take by mouth with or without food. Daily dose is 180-480 mg, which can be taken as a single dose or divided into two or three doses. Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, never exceed the dose recommended for you.

Precautions
Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages, grapefruit juice or eat a grapefruit. Alcohol can worsen the side effects of Arpamyl (drowsiness, dizziness ) , and grapefruit interacts with the components of the preparation. Don't get up too fast from a sitting or lying position, as you may feel dizzy.

Contraindications
Arpamyl is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the drug component, severe left ventricular dysfunction, hypotension (systolic pressure less than 90 mm Hg.) or cardiogenny shock, sick sinus syndrome (except for patients with a functioning artificial ventricular pacemaker), av blockade II degree III (except for patients with a functioning artificial ventricular pacemaker), atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation and accessory bypass tract (Wolff-Parkinson-white Lawn-Ganong-Levine syndrome).

The side effects of
Arpamyl is usually well tolerated. The most common side effects:dizziness, weakness, or weakness, swelling of the lower extremities, rash, headache, and constipation. Drug interaction

Chronic verapamil treatment can increase serum digoxin levels by 50% to 75% in the first week of therapy, leading to digitalis toxicity. Co-administration with oral antihypertensive agents results in additive effects. Inform your doctor about all the medicines you are taking, especially on Disopyramide, Look, Quinidine, Phenobarbital, Cyclosporine, medicinal products, which contain lithium. This medicine may change the results of certain liver tests, to a slightly abnormal.

Missed dose
Take the dose you forgot, as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next fence just skip the next dose and go back to your regular schedule.

Overdose
If you are experiencing slow heart rate, fainting, they can be symptoms of overdose. Seek immediate medical attention if you think that too many Arpamyl was adopted.

Storage
Store at room temperature 15-30 C (59-86 F) away from light and moisture, pets and children.
